The individual components of this front-wheel drive race car – many of them available from GM Performance Parts – have been designed for straightforward installation, enabling racers to customize their vehicle as budget and time allow.
The Cobalt Phase5 Drag Racer is powered by a 500-horsepower 2.2-liter Ecotec engine, and mated to a race-prepared Hydra-Matic 4T65-E automatic transmission.
